The Valley Dental New Patient Experience

Choosing a new dental practice is not a small decision. You want to work with a practice that you enjoy going to, and that you trust to deliver exceptional care. We know that the first dental appointment can be stressful, so our team works hard to make your transition into Valley Dental Group as smooth as possible. After calling in and making your appointment request with our team, you will be promptly scheduled and sent any new patient forms needed prior to your appointment.

If you’re seeing us for general or restorative dental care, your first appointment will consist of diagnostic x-rays, a dental exam, a cleaning, and a visit from Dr. Ghorashi.  He’ll ask questions to ensure we explain any dental concerns, as well as give you a voice in your treatment needs. From there, once any concerns have been addressed, you will be able to meet with our financial team to discuss possible costs and treatment options to ensure you receive the highest quality dental care.

If you’re meeting with Dr. Bahadori, she will conduct a comprehensive examination, which may include X-rays, photographs, and impressions. This evaluation helps her assess your tooth alignment, bite, and jaw position. She will analyze the collected information, identify any existing dental issues or abnormalities, and consider your treatment goals. You’ll discuss your options together, she will answer any questions, and get you scheduled for your first treatment appointment!

New Patient Forms

The biggest headache of going to a new dentist is often the paperwork. Our practice wants to ease the hassle and stress of forms by providing these forms in an easier digital format in our office via iPad.

Beverages: We offer bottled water and an assortment of other cold drinks in our beverage cooler, as well as a complimentary coffee and tea bar.

For Your Relaxation: Our practice has music throughout the waiting and treatment rooms, as well as televisions in the reception room to keep you relaxed prior to your appointment. We also offer complimentary lip balms both before and after your treatment.

Accessibility: For those that may need additional accessibility options, we offer handicap accessible treatment rooms, entrances, elevators, and bathrooms.

Payment and Insurance Options

Cost should never be a barrier to receiving the dental treatment you need. Our practice knows that each patient comes from a different financial background, and we offer financial options that can provide you with the care you deserve, while respecting your family budget.
